St. Joe Community Co-Op is a member owned co-operative. Our members have received skill training or other services and are active employees or clients. We are a community-based organization, with our own Board of Directors (elected by members) and look to others in the community, to occasionally serve as advisors. We help provide services to those who want to maintain their independence in their community.

St. Joe Community Co-op devotes all of its resources to developing, supporting and maintaining our workforce and providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, those experiencing mental illness, the aging population or anyone else who needs assistance in gaining employment or living independently. We provide on the job training and job coaching to those seeking employment and help other individuals become independent in their community, while learning to successfully navigate their lives.

The St. Joe Community Co-op provides on-the-job training and employment opportunities in a supportive, team-oriented environment that reinforces positive work performance and attitudes. Training in soft skills, quality assurance, and specific employment tasks, all leading to better, are among the employment opportunities offered by the Co-op.
